arises in an area under protection of the Environmental Government
(Medio Ambiente de Junta de Andalucia). Boarding to “Rio Ojén” –
the finca offers the ultimate in nature living, with a scenery of
flowers, corks, olive trees and wild animals
The
“first” choice for country lovers, though being close to all the
facilities and amenities that Costa del Sol has to offer, only 12 min
from the beach and 20 min. from Marbella. MONTEBELLO is a closed urbanisation consisting of 9 houses. All houses have a minimum plot of 10.000m2, and are constructed 215m2, shared between 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area, etc. + terraces. The houses enjoy tremendous views towards mountain, golf and sea, and are of course built entirely with non-organic materials. Fresh
(drinking) water is supplied through own wells, electricity supplied via

owners, consisting of fresh water, where no chemicals are being added On the lower part of the finca, boarding to the river, an ecological riding club/horse censtre/stables will be established. One stable/membership in the club comes with each house.
